The nursing management team adopts a system of accountability for reaching targets, carries out nursing risk assessment and prevention, implements a responsibility system for overall nursing, focuses on nursing IT development, and ensures closed-loop management of nursing processes. The team has promoted the integrated management of "ability-position-performance" for nurses to inspire the enthusiasm of the nurses thus achieving excellent results in the quality improvement competition of provincial-level hospitals many times. Besides, the nursing team has been invited to participate in quality assessment and supervision of large hospitals in Tibet, Shanghai, Sichuan, and Guangzhou.
